Eliminar mis datos

Puedes borrar tu cuenta y tus datos cuando quieras.

Desde la app

1. Entra a El Bote.
2. Abre Ajustes: toca tus iniciales o tu foto, arriba a la derecha.
3. Toca Eliminar mi cuenta al final y confirma.

IR A AJUSTES

¿Qué se borra?

• Tu cuenta, nombre y correo
• Tu hándicap e historial
• Tus campos favoritos
• Tu lugar en los botes abiertos (sales de ellos)
• Lo que diste al inscribirte en torneos (GHIN, teléfono, correo, club, edad, género, si eres profesional o socio) y las fotos de tu propia tarjeta

¿Qué se queda, sin tu nombre?

• Tus rondas en botes cerrados, como Jugador eliminado, para que los resultados de los demás sigan cuadrando.
• La foto de la tarjeta de tu grupo, si la subió el grupo.
• Los campos que agregaste, para todos.

Antes de borrarla

• Si organizas botes abiertos, primero ciérralos.
• Si eres el único organizador de un torneo en curso, nombra a un coorganizador en Jugadores o termina el torneo primero.

¿No puedes entrar?

Escribe a hola@elbotegolf.com desde el correo de tu cuenta y la borramos en máximo 20 días hábiles.

Delete my data

You can delete your account and your data whenever you want.

From the app

1. Sign in to El Bote.
2. Open Settings: tap your initials or photo, top right.
3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.

GO TO SETTINGS

What gets deleted

• Your account, name and email
• Your handicap and its history
• Your favourite courses
• Your place in open botes (you leave them)
• What you gave when signing up for tournaments (GHIN, phone, email, club, age, gender, whether you're a pro or a member) and the photos of your own card

What stays, without your name

• Your rounds in closed botes, as Deleted player, so the others' results still add up.
• Your group's card photo, if the group uploaded it.
• Courses you added, for everyone.

Before you delete it

• If you organize open botes, close them first.
• If you're the only organizer of a tournament under way, name a co-organizer in Players or finish the tournament first.

Can't sign in?

Write to hola@elbotegolf.com from your account's email and we delete it within 20 business days.
